What this site is
It's an information site about my local SEO services. The content is here in good faith to help you understand what I do and decide whether to get in touch. It's general information, not advice tailored to your business.
The honest note on results
Local SEO depends on Google and other things outside anyone's control, so nothing on this site is a promise of specific rankings, positions, or results. Where you see something marked "illustrative" or "example," it's exactly that — an illustration, not a real client outcome unless it clearly says so. If we work together, I'll always be straight with you about what's realistic.
If you hire me
Any actual work I do for you is covered by a separate agreement we'll put in place together — these website terms don't govern that work.
Content and intellectual property
The content, wording, design and branding on this site belong to PlaceRank / Flexiweb. You're welcome to read and share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse the content or design without asking first.
